Select qualified, independent reviewers with expertise in the subject area and ensure a double-blind review process. Communicate clearly and professionally with both authors and reviewers, providing detailed, constructive, and actionable feedback. Your editorial decisions should be based on the manuscript’s quality, scope alignment, and peer reviewer recommendations, with transparent explanations provided to authors regarding acceptance, revisions, or rejection. Once accepted, ensure the author approves the final version before publication and handle any post-publication issues promptly. Maintain professionalism, respect, and academic integrity throughout the process, and contribute to improving the editorial workflow as needed. As a reviewer for Apex Academia Press, your primary responsibility is to provide an impartial and thorough evaluation of the manuscript assigned to you. Assess the manuscript’s originality, relevance, methodology, clarity, data analysis, and overall contribution to the field. Ensure that your review is constructive and focused on helping the author improve the manuscript. Maintain confidentiality throughout the review process, ensuring that neither the manuscript nor any related information is shared with others. Adhere to the double-blind review process, meaning that you should not know the identity of the authors, and authors should not know your identity. Provide clear, detailed feedback, pointing out strengths and weaknesses, and offer suggestions for improvement where necessary. Be timely in your review, respecting the deadlines provided, and communicate any conflicts of interest to the editor immediately.
